What I liked about Dereck from the get-go was there was no messing around. He checked both roofs and, thankfully, informed me that the original advice was not accurate.

Dereck was clear about what exactly needed to be done and how the job would flow from start to finish. He and the team arrived out when they said they would, were pleasant to dealt with and they updated me along the way about how things were progressing. When the lads left at the end of the job, the place was spotless.

I found Dereck to be honest and easy to deal with. While there hasn’t been any rain since the work was done, I have the reassurance that any issues, should they arise, will be dealt with!
