The front and sides of the slates are finished with an acrylic-based multi-layer coating, which strongly inhibits the growth of moss. Fibre Cement Roofing Slate Blackrock is treated with a monolayer coating and a layer of colorless water-repellent resin. This finish offers optimal protection in all weathers.
